What this is
These terms cover your use of the Manhaj AI app and this website. By using them you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Who may use it
Manhaj AI is intended for school students and their families. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms on your behalf and should be aware you are using the app. [REVIEW: the contracting party for a minor is a legal question for your jurisdiction.]
Accounts and PINs
Keep your PIN to yourself. Do not use somebody else’s account. We will never ask you for your PIN — not by message, not by phone, and not in the app.
Using it properly
Use Manhaj AI to study. Do not try to break it, do not attempt to reach other people’s information, and do not use it to send anything abusive or unlawful. We may suspend an account that is being used this way.
The AI tutor
The tutor is a study aid, not a teacher and not an authority. It can be wrong. It shows which page an answer came from so that answers can be checked against the book, and they should be. Do not rely on it for anything that matters without checking.
Curriculum material
The textbook pages in the app are the published Iraqi national curriculum. They remain the property of their rights holders and are provided so that students can study the material they are actually taught.
What we own
The app, this website, the Manhaj AI name, and USTAD are ours. The notes, drawings and answers your child creates are theirs.
Paid features
Some features are part of a premium plan. Where a plan is purchased through an app store, that store’s terms and its refund process apply. This website does not sell anything.
Stopping
You can stop using Manhaj AI at any time, and a linked parent can ask for a child’s account to be closed — see the Privacy page. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken.
No guarantee
We work to keep Manhaj AI available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or always be right. It is provided as it is. [REVIEW: a lawyer should set the limitation of liability appropriate to your jurisdiction.]
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and tell you in the app.
Law
